Delivery Time

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address.
Please note that external factors — such as weather delays, customs clearance, or carrier issues — can occasionally affect delivery times.
We aim to deliver within 7– business days of shipment.


Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at rene@baresculpt.com.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been prepared for shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the address.


Order Cancellation

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you decide to cancel, you have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation (unless the order has already shipped).
Simply email rene@baresculpt.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

We are not liable for incorrect information provided during checkout.
If the shipping address provided is inaccurate, we are not required to issue a refund.
