Omunos Refund Policy

We want you to love every moment of feeling sculpted and confident with Omunos. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange by emailing rene@baresculpt.com with your order number.
Once approved, you must ship the return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email rene@baresculpt.com. We’ll review your request and reply within 24–48 hours with next steps.
If approved, you may return for:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (valid for 12 months) when appropriate.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal-care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or promotional gifts

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or special-order items

  • International orders (outside the U.S.)

  • Shipping Protection (except when items are stolen or lost in transit before delivery; once marked delivered, it is non-refundable)

Cancellations & Change of Mind

To cancel an order, email rene@baresculpt.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellation refunds will incur a 15% fee to cover third-party gateway charges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

For returns not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, not suitable), the refund will cover product cost only.
Original shipping fees and Shipping Protection are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, email rene@baresculpt.com.


Address Accuracy & Shipping Destination

Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout.
Please ensure accuracy — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Order Modifications

We cannot modify orders or change addresses once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but is lost or not received, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Chargebacks / Disputes

We’re here to help. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in further action.


EU Cooling-Off Period (EU Shipments)

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under consumer protection laws.
Items must meet the same return criteria listed above.

Omunos is not responsible for any injury or loss caused by misuse of our products.
