1-Year Risk-Free Returns
We offer a 1-year risk-free return from the date of delivery.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 365 days of delivery by emailing support@omunos.com with your order number.
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the product is returned and approved.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Refunds cover the full cost of the product only.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@omunos.com.
Address Accuracy & Shipping Destination
Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout.
Please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify orders or change shipping addresses.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is lost or not received, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Chargebacks / Disputes
We’re here to help. Please contact support@omunos.com before filing a chargeback or dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in further action, including denial of future service.
EU Cooling-Off Period (EU Shipments)
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must meet the same return conditions outlined in this policy to qualify for a refund.

Omunos is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow provided instructions.
